Quality Control

We follow a well-structured quality control process aimed at creating a Chinese brand of quality targets. We seek to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We follow outstanding process control capabilities that help us in meeting our production targets. Our elaborate quality control involves a series of steps as outlined below:

Incoming inspection: Chemical composition testing, powder inclusion detection, and powder particle size detection
Finished product inspection: specification and size inspection, Surface appearance inspection, geometric tolerating testing, internal defect detection,
Process inspection: target density detection, grain structure detection, chemical composition testing, appearance dimension inspections

Analysis Test

To complement our quality control policy, we provide analysis and testing platforms for raw materials that are to be used in target film products and applications. Our Manufacturing Facilities

We have created two distinct facilities in two different cities in China. One is located in the Suzhou Suxiang Cooperation Zone, Suzhou Industrial Park, and covers an area of about 8000 sq. meters, including a 2000 sq. meters research and development unit. The facility costs a total investment of 200 million yuan through a reputed investment company, the Suzhou Industrial Park Government Investment Fund. Another factory is located at No. 2 CISRI Base in Zhuozhou Development Zone, Zhuozhou. In this factory, there is a research and development unit and a test platform in the base that covers 400 sq. meters area approximately.
